Severely Disappointed – Overpriced, misleading, and Poorly Made

I ordered the Classic 365mm XXL Extra Wide Polarized sunglasses for big heads, and I am honestly shocked at how bad they are for the price.

First off, these sunglasses are comically oversized. I have a genuinely large head, measuring to the website specifications and all, but these are on another level - built for actual giants. The width is excessive, but what’s worse is the height of the lenses. They sit so tall on the face that they practically cover part of your forehead. The proportions make absolutely no sense.

The build quality is extremely poor. The frame feels cheap, flimsy, and fragile - nothing about them justifies the price being charged. They feel like bargain-bin sunglasses, not a premium product.

As for the lenses, they’re barely dark at all. You can clearly see the wearer’s eyes through them, which defeats the whole purpose. They offer minimal sun protection and don’t perform like proper polarized sunglasses should.

Overall, these feel massively overpriced, poorly designed, and badly executed. If you’re considering these because you have a larger head - don’t. These are not “extra wide,” they’re simply badly proportioned and cheaply made. Extremely disappointed.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such detailed feedback. I’m genuinely sorry to hear the Classic 165mm XXL wasn’t right for you.

Our XXL frames are intentionally designed for customers who find even “XL” or “wide” frames too small, which does mean they can feel oversized for some face shapes—particularly in lens height. Fit can be very personal, and we appreciate that this style didn’t suit you.

We do offer a 14-day no-questions return period, and for customers who prefer a shallower lens height, we have other wide-fit frames that sit lower on the face, which we’re always happy to recommend.

Regarding build and lenses, we stand by the quality and polarisation of our products, but we take all feedback seriously and use it to improve both our guidance and range.
