At Faded Days, we stand behind the quality of our sunglasses. That’s why every pair comes with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered?

Manufacturer Defects – If your sunglasses have a fault related to materials or workmanship (e.g. loose hinges, defective lenses, or structural issues), we’ll repair or replace them free of charge.

What’s Not Covered?

Accidental Damage or Wear & Tear – Scratched lenses, accidental breakage, or general wear from daily use are not covered.
Unauthorised Repairs or Modifications – If the sunglasses have been altered in any way, the warranty is void.

Your Consumer Rights

This warranty is in addition to your legal rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a product is found to be faulty within 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund. After 30 days, we will repair or replace faulty items under this warranty.
