1. General Information
- This website is owned and operated by Faded Days UK.
- By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian.
- We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes means you accept the new terms.
2. Ordering & Payments
- All prices on our website are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
- Customers outside the UK may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country.
- We accept payment via PayPal, credit/debit cards, and other secure payment gateways.
- Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received. If there is an issue with your payment, we may cancel your order.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- UK Orders: Free next-day shipping on eligible orders (order before 1pm, excludes Sundays).
- European & International Orders: Shipping times vary depending on the destination and local postal services. We provide tracked shipping for all international orders.
- Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs charges, import duties, or local taxes that may apply.
- Delivery times provided are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays beyond our control (e.g., customs processing, postal disruptions) may occur.
4. Returns & Refunds
- UK Returns: You can return any item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as it is unused and in original condition.
- European & International Orders: Due to international shipping costs, all sales outside the UK are final, except in cases of a faulty item.
- Prescription Sunglasses & Glasses: These are custom-made and non-refundable unless faulty. However, we offer a 50% refund on frames if returned within 14 days.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.

5. Warranty & Faulty Items
- All sunglasses are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
- If you receive a faulty item, contact us at fadeddaysuk@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
- This warranty does not cover accidental damage, wear and tear, or modifications to the product.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
- We comply with the UK GDPR & Data Protection Act 2018, ensuring your personal data is handled securely.
- Customers in the EU are also protected under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
